VacationRentalPricing.com is growing. We’re building a bench of high-integrity, high-performance operators to train into short-term rental revenue management. The work is simple to explain and hard to do well: protect conversion, capture demand, and consistently make more money for owners—week after week.
We hire for maturity, discipline, and communication. Prior STR experience is a plus, but not required if you’re coachable and driven.
You’ll learn a repeatable system for pricing, restrictions, pacing, and conversion protection across multiple properties. Your job is to execute the daily/weekly cadence with precision, document decisions, and communicate clearly with owners.
Compensation varies by location, experience, and scope. The ranges below reflect common pay structures in revenue management and adjacent pricing/analyst roles, with upside tied to performance and responsibility.
Exact structure depends on whether the role is full-time, part-time, or contract-based and how many properties you manage.
Typical bonus ranges: $250–$1,500/month depending on scope and results, with higher upside for senior operators.
