We hire for maturity, discipline, and communication. Prior STR experience is a plus, but not required if you’re coachable and driven.

The role: Revenue Management Affiliate

You’ll learn a repeatable system for pricing, restrictions, pacing, and conversion protection across multiple properties. Your job is to execute the daily/weekly cadence with precision, document decisions, and communicate clearly with owners.

Core work
What you’ll do day to day
  • Review calendars, demand shifts, lead-time trends, and pace signals
  • Adjust rates, minimum stays, gap rules, and booking restrictions
  • Monitor conversion friction (fees, listing issues, messaging gaps)
  • Document decisions and results so owners have clarity and trust
  • Coordinate with ops when operational issues threaten revenue

Pay and bonuses (typical ranges)

Compensation varies by location, experience, and scope. The ranges below reflect common pay structures in revenue management and adjacent pricing/analyst roles, with upside tied to performance and responsibility.

Base pay
Typical starting range
  • $45,000–$70,000 base salary (full-time equivalent)
  • Or $22–$35/hour for part-time/contract structures
  • Raises tied to proficiency, accuracy, and owner satisfaction

Exact structure depends on whether the role is full-time, part-time, or contract-based and how many properties you manage.

Performance bonuses
Typical bonus types
  • Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses when KPIs are hit
  • Portfolio bonus as you successfully manage additional properties
  • Retention/quality bonuses based on owner satisfaction and documentation

Typical bonus ranges: $250–$1,500/month depending on scope and results, with higher upside for senior operators.
